For the past 12 years, he has been looking to create and develop teams, organization, and networks oriented towards public challenges. He worked as a manager for local governments in Brazil and collaborated with initiatives involving topics such as digital democracy, sustainable development, and cities both at a Latin American and global level. Caio is a designer and a mentor for training programs based on experience.
