About
Katalina is a business administrator, methodologist, and researcher with over 12 years of experience in public innovation, as well as strategy and service design through the development of participative and collaborative processes for the creation of public value. She was the research coordinator for Chile’s Governance Laboratory from 2015 to 2019 and has worked as a consultant for diverse Latin American institutions to create strategies, projects, and public innovation programs. “It makes me proud to see that there’s a before and after in the teams we work with. It means that we have generated a concrete impact,” she says.
