→Manage website, social media, and newsletter presence
→Oversee publication pipeline for case studies and reports
→Coordinate academic and institutional partner relationships
Lead projects from problem framing through intervention design — combining deep research capacity with strategic thinking, visual communication, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
→Lead discovery research and co-design workshops
→Produce systems maps, service blueprints, and frameworks
→Develop value propositions and theories of change
