Thanks to its expertise in public innovation and local government, Unit was a delivery partner of Bloomberg Philanthropies in the Global Mayors Challenge, a global public innovation competition that seeks innovative solutions for post-pandemic recovery.

Unit developed the strategy, management and call for proposals for Savia, CMPC's first open innovation contest in biopackaging. The project included defining and designing the challenges, the bases, the platform and the involvement plan for those who participated in the initiative.

Unit designed the strategy and methodology for the management and development of business models for Smart Cities and urban mobility to expand VISA's products in 24 cities in Latin America and the Caribbean.

As part of its agenda on public innovation and creative economies, Unit designed and implemented the first two versions of the British Council Mexico's Creative Policy Programme, aimed first at public servants at the federal level and then in the state of Puebla.

Together with States of Change and the Development Bank for Latin America, Unit designed the program that guides the digital transformation of the services offered by the municipality of the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, the largest in Latin America.

Thanks to the support of the Inter-American Development Bank (BID), Unit designed the working methodology for the "Multi-sectoral Dialogues for the Camp Program", an initiative of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Unit carried out an investigation and strategic design program whose objective was to bring the Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral (GAM) closer to new audiences for the year 2022.

Unit developed the conceptual, functional, programmatic, and branding design for Corporación Municipal Renca Crece, transforming it into La Fábrica, a new centre for innovation and entrepreneurship led by Renca’s local governance in Santiago, Chile.

With the objective of generating spaces for innovation within the National Public Prosecutor’s Office, Unit designed and launched the Public Ministry’s Innovators’ Network (REDI). This initiative seeks to create development instances for projects that employ collaborative rationales within the institution.

Unit designed a public innovation strategy, plan of action, and training program for fishing and aquaculture industry employees. This was implemented as TransforMAR, a training program promoted by Peru’s Ministry of Production.

With the objective of improving the experience of students attending Universidad Santo Tomas, Unit is currently designing an innovation and service management model that focuses on its students and collaborators.

Unit is currently developing a collaborative strategic planning design for the Chilean Association of Power Generators, a trade association that represents a broad and diverse group of companies that develop, build, and operate energy projects in all the technologies that are present in Chile.
