Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la República, with over 20 years of experience in projects involving innovation and citizen participation in local governments. Since 2016, she has worked as coordinator of the Montevideo City Hall’s Citizen Laboratory, and during 2021, she was a coach for the Bloomberg Global Mayors Challenge, training 10 city halls in Latin America. For this same project, she worked as mentor for the city of Hermosillo, which won the Bloomberg Philanthropies prize. In 2022, she was featured as one of 13 women who promote innovation in cities. She is currently part of the Innovation Track.
