A political scientist with a master’s degree in International Cooperation, Juan Felipe is also a graduate of Georgetown University’s Innovation and Leadership in Government Program. He is part of the Bogota Public Innovation Laboratory, or IBO, as well as an innovation consultant for the Administrative Department of Colombia’s Función Pública. His work experience includes having been the director of Bogota’s Innovation Laboratory (LABcapital) and director of the Social Innovation Centre at the Agencia Nacional para la Superación de la Pobreza Extrema, or ANSPE (the National Agency for Overcoming Extreme Poverty). He is a professor at Universidad de los Andes.
