Service designer, investigator, and instructor with experience in the field of public innovation and civic design regarding issues of participative institutional modernization, training, and improvement of public services. He has collaborated with the Sao Paulo City Hall’s Innovation Laboratory, PNUD, the Metropolis Cities Network, and the Brazilian government. He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Sao Paulo University and has an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design / Civic Service Design Minor from the Parsons School of Design, where he is a professor. He is also an associate researcher at ENAP.
