Artist and cultural manager. PhD in Political Science and International Relations from Complutense University of Madrid, and master’s degree in Cultural Mediation from Sorbonne University, Paris. She has over 15 years of experience in the public sector, and seven years of experience in social innovation. She advised the Governor of Nariño in matters of public innovation between 2016 and 2019, and did the same for the Mayor of Cartagena between 2020 and 2021. She is a mentor of Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Global Mayors Challenge for Latin America and a coordinator of IP360 for Southern Affairs. She currently works as an innovation and culture consultant for Senator Esmeralda Hernández in Colombia.
