Independent crisis management and strategic communications expert with more than twenty years of experience advising corporations, governments, and institutions. His work combines crisis response, institutional positioning, government relations, reputation management, and strategic messaging in complex political and regulatory environments. He has worked across Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, including recent advisory work for the governments of Suriname, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Timor-Leste, the State of Pará in Brazil, and South Sudan. Trained in strategic communications and journalism, he previously worked at FAO and Burson-Marsteller, and led the international positioning of Honduras’ Country Brand.
