Angela María Reyes

Economist and Master's in Economics from Universidad de los Andes, and Master's in Public Policy from Harvard University. With 14 years of professional experience, the last 10 dedicated to public innovation, she has specialized in digital government transformation and citizen service design. She served as director of the Bogotá Public Innovation Lab (iBO), where she led the design and prototyping of solutions to the city's most pressing challenges. Previously, she worked at the Inter-American Development Bank in the Division of Innovation for Citizen Services, focusing on managing digital government projects, administrative simplification, and improvement of citizen-facing services. She also managed public innovation projects in local governments through the Ash Center at Harvard University, and served as an advisor at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia.
