Strategic Designer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with over six years of experience leading service design, digital design, and systemic design projects. Her work has focused on sustainability, social impact, and innovation, integrating strategic vision, in-depth research, and human-centered methodologies. She served as Product Design Lead at Enderys, where she led the strategy and design of AI-based digital products. Previously, she worked as Business Design Lead at INNSPIRAL, heading the strategic design area, driving open innovation processes, designing place-based services, and contributing to the development of new digital businesses. In both roles, she stood out for integrating business vision, user experience, and agile methodologies. Internationally, she worked at EAT Foundation (Norway) as a systemic designer, leading citizen participation projects for the transformation of sustainable food systems. She co-designed tools to co-create public policies with adolescents and co-authored the report Cookbook for Systems Change, consolidating her trajectory in systemic innovation with global impact.
