Sociologist from the University of La Frontera (Chile) with a Master's degree in Human Development at the Local and Regional Scale from the same institution. With over 12 years of experience in public innovation, she has specialized in the design and facilitation of learning experiences. Her career includes projects that integrate design into various contexts—from the public and private sectors to everyday life—with the aim of improving people's experiences. She served as Learning Experience Designer (2016–2017) and later as Lead Consultant (2018–2019) at the Chilean Government Innovation Lab. She is currently a Lead Consultant in Learning Experience Design and a faculty member of the Master's in Social Innovation for Inclusion at the University of Viña del Mar.
