Dalal is a researcher and cultural manager with a Master's in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship and a PhD (c) in Cultural Policies and Creative Industries from Goldsmiths, University of London.

“Design can contribute to the development of a more equitable and dialogical society, focused on the well-being of people”, she says. She is passionate about cultures and the arts, including contemporary dance, theater, performance, and music.
