David Salinas

Journalist from the Universidad de Santiago, Chile, with studies in Information Technology. He has over 10 years of experience in public and private projects related to creative technology, digital development, and communication. Between 2014 and 2018, he was part of the Digital Communications Unit at the Chilean Government's Secretariat of Communications (SECOM), where he worked on designing products aimed at improving the relationship between users and institutions. He is currently working as a Web Developer.
