Political Scientist and Master’s in International Cooperation, graduate of the Innovation and Leadership in Government Program at Georgetown University. He is part of the Bogotá Public Innovation Lab (IBO) and an innovation advisor for the Administrative Department of Public Function in Colombia. His professional experience includes serving as director of the Bogotá Innovation Lab (LABcapital) and director of the Social Innovation Center at the National Agency for the Overcoming of Extreme Poverty (ANSPE). He is also a professor at the University of the Andes.
