Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and MSc in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics, UK. A methodologist and researcher with over 12 years of experience in public innovation, she has specialized in designing strategies and services through the development of participatory and collaborative processes for the creation of public value. She served as Research Coordinator at the Chilean Government Innovation Lab between 2015 and 2019, and has been a consultant for various Latin American institutions in the creation of strategies, projects, and public innovation programs. She also teaches in the diploma program “Customer Experience: Design, Data, and Innovation” at the School of Engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, in the “Open Government and Public Sector Innovation” diploma at the University of Chile, and in the “Service Design” diploma at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
