Architect from the Catholic University of Chile, MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London, and PhD in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, UK. He has over 20 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and service design, developing projects that imagine and materialize useful, beautiful, and functional solutions across diverse social, cultural, and economic contexts. He is part of the founding team of UNIT, where he designs strategies, services, and organizations for both the public and private sectors. He combines his work at UNIT with academic roles in the UK, where he is Director of the Service Futures Studio and Associate Professor in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, as well as co-founder of Wicked Labs, a research center in collaboration with Imperial College Business School. He has also been a guest lecturer at London Business School and Imperial College Business School.
