Paola Lorena Coral Pérez

Artist and cultural manager, PhD candidate in Political Science and International Relations at the Complutense University of Madrid, and Master's in Cultural Mediation from the Sorbonne University in Paris. She has over 15 years of experience in the public sector and seven years of experience in social innovation. She was an advisor on public innovation to the Governor of Nariño between 2016 and 2019 and to the Mayor's Office of Cartagena between 2020 and 2021. She is a mentor for the Global Mayors Challenge by Bloomberg Philanthropies for Latin America and coordinator of IP360 at Asuntos del Sur. She is currently an advisor for innovation and culture to Senator Esmeralda Hernández in Colombia.
