Academia Copec seeks to strengthen the human capital of workers and their families by broadening their horizons beyond the company itself, and connecting them with their desire to grow through new and improved educational and job opportunities.
Through user research and insight gathering, Unit led the strategic design of the project during its first phase, with the goal of strengthening its value proposition and improving engagement with key stakeholders. This work supported the planning and effectiveness of the programs implemented by Academia Copec. Currently, Unit is implementing this value proposition through a new job attraction program targeting service station attendants.
- 28 participatory sessions: including 20 interviews, 1 in-person workshop, 3 online workshops, and 4 micro-workshops via WhatsApp.
- Collaboration with over 130 stakeholders, and more than 70 individuals were involved in identifying priorities and needs for the new value proposition.
- A value proposition was presented to reflect the diversity of stakeholders within Academia Copec.
- A benchmark was developed, featuring more than 50 case studies from 10 different countries.
The project enabled the creation of a service that delivers shared value across the gas station ecosystem. It was also instrumental in the design of internal governance and the organizational structure of the Academy for its future iterations.
