After completing the strategic design phase, Unit produced a Playbook that outlines the process of developing citizen services for the 26 priority markets in the region, which is currently active.
Six Latin American cities were selected based on their urban mobility conditions.
VISA's current strategy is based on the results of this project. The Playbook serves as a guide to identify opportunities, provide methods and tools to implement innovations, and explore successful case studies in the field.
