In 2023, the Support Program for the Prototyping Process was designed and implemented, with the aim of providing technical assistance and mentorship to the teams during the implementation of their innovative solutions.
The Support Program included two on-site technical visits conducted by a team of UNIT experts, as well as mentoring sessions with the teams to monitor progress on tasks assigned prior to the visits.
During the first technical visit, prototypes were tested with potential users, and iterations were made accordingly.
During the online mentorships, service blueprints for each proposed solution were developed.
In the second technical visit, the teams tested these blueprints to validate and refine their implementation strategies.
