National Prosecutor’s Office of Chile

Thanks to the methodologies developed, new ways of working were successfully implemented inside the Prosecutor’s Office, resulting in four public innovation training programs. All practices were specifically designed for the distinct areas of the organization.

• 3 public innovation training programs have been developed.
• Nearly 100 members of the judiciary have participated in REDI-led trainings.
• Over 100 members of the judicial system have been involved in REDI-organized sessions.

This project has generated solutions aimed at improving the experience of victims who turn to the Prosecutor’s Office, as well as for collaborators working within the justice system. In addition, a report was developed outlining clear guidelines to help the institution implement the program and turn learnings into actionable results.
