Shaping the Future of the Asociación de Generadoras de Chile

The process culminated in a workshop designed and facilitated by UNIT+EK, where directors, the executive team, and committee members reached key agreements on future directives and necessary adaptations in response to an evolving energy landscape.

Together with UNIT+EK, AG developed a collaborative space focused on strategic dialogue and consensus-building, with the following specific objectives:

• Prioritize AG’s areas of work in alignment with the industry’s interests and the needs of its members.
• Review potential scenarios affecting the energy sector, anticipating risks and opportunities to mitigate negative impacts and maximize benefits.
• Define AG’s position on complex current and future topics in the energy agenda, with a 12-month outlook.
• Establish consensus on actions and attitudes toward different scenarios and stakeholders, ensuring a unified and strategic response.
• Foster a space of trust and collaboration among directors, member companies, and the AG team, strengthening mutual support and the exchange of ideas.

The strategic workshop concluded with a set of priority actions and a shared framework for 2024, emphasizing foresight and proactive risk management. The collaborative evaluation of future scenarios enhanced AG’s capacity for agile and relevant decision-making, reaffirming its leadership and commitment to initiatives that benefit the energy industry.
