A graduate in Computer Engineering and Management from Diego Portales University and with a Master's degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, UK, she has over 15 years of experience leading digital transformation projects, the provision of digital public services, and the modernization of the State, with a focus on people and strengthening public capacities.
Between 2012 and 2015, she was in charge of the E-Government Experts Network at the General Secretariat of the Presidency, where she also led the "Chile Without Paperwork" campaign, promoting the digitization of procedures and a more efficient and citizen-centered public administration. Between 2019 and 2023, she spearheaded the institutionalization of service design at ChileAtiende, forming and leading its first design team, developing user archetypes, and creating a value proposition focused on citizens.
In recent years, she has worked as a senior consultant and leader in strategic design and digital services for various public and private institutions, including Fundación Chile, SENCE, and ChileCompra, where she has contributed through design to the continuous improvement of services and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Currently, she serves as a Service Designer leader, supporting teams in designing simpler, more accessible, and more human-centered solutions. Her practice bridges the strategic and operational, combining systemic approaches with a deep sensitivity toward the people who create and receive public services.
