PhD in Design from Carnegie Mellon University and researcher and faculty member at Northeastern University. Her research focuses on the intersection of public service innovation and design research and education. She has worked for the government of Mexico City and the Mexican federal government, conducting design research, service design, and visual communication. She has also collaborated with international and philanthropic institutions, such as the International Labour Organization and Bloomberg.
